Job description:
Are you a motivated professional who enjoys building relationships and helping people protect what matters most? Our State Farm agency is growing, and we’re looking for a driven individual who can confidently handle both sales and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for someone who is competitive, coachable, and wants a clear path to higher earnings and career growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Build relationships with new and existing clients
- Quote and sell auto, home, and life insurance policies
- Handle inbound calls, policy changes, and customer questions
- Follow up on leads and cross-sell additional coverage
- Deliver excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales mindset (comfortable asking for the sale)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Coachable and goal-oriented
- Insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain within 30–60 days)
